WHISKY
In its general definition, "whiskey" is a beverage distilled from malt fermentation. Malt is any grain that germinated, in particular barley or rye, and then dried. The process by which malt is made is called molting. There are 4 main differences between the types of whiskey: the grain used, the production process, where the whiskey was made and for how long it was matured.
